5.5 The Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal information.

6. Rights and liabilities of the parties

6.1 The User shall be entitled to:

6.1.1 Make a free decision to provide his personal data necessary to use the site , and give consent to their processing.

6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in such information.

6.1.3 The User shall be entitled to receive from the Administration information regarding the processing of its personal data, if such right is not restricted by the federal laws. 7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1 The Administration which has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to misuse of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, except cases stipulated by Items. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.3 The User is fully responsible for compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, on protection of copyright and related rights, on protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.4 The User acknowledges that any information (including, but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) to which he may have access as part of the site shall be the responsibility of the person who provided such information.

8. Resolution of disputes

8.1 Before going to court to settle disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (written offer or proposal in electronic form for voluntary settlement of a dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of consideration of the claim in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days after receipt of the claim.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the Arbitration Court of Alanya, Turkey.

8.4 The current legislation of the Republic of Turkey is applied to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. Administration reserves the right to make changes in the present Privacy Policy without User’s consent.
